  • I’ve done a lot of work on myself. I’ve gone to therapy, read books, listened to podcasts, and learned about being highly sensitive, empathetic, or maybe even neurodivergent. A lot of it resonates, and I know my own patterns, but I still find myself pushing through and forcing.

  • I spend so much time thinking about and taking care of other people. I can recognize what they need, how they’re feeling, and what I should be doing to support them. When I try to ask myself what I need, I go blank. Or, if I do come up with needs, they feel unreasonable. 

  • I have spent so much time adapting my life to keep up that I rarely experience desire. Life feels managed, but flat. I’m not in crisis, but I also can’t remember the last time I got excited about something. Everything feels muted.

  • Everything affects me more than it seems to affect other people–noise, emotions, stress. I need more space, more quiet, more downtime, but it’s too much to ask for. So I push through… and then crash later.

  • I’ve tried so many routines. Morning routines, time management systems, productivity hacks. I start strong, and then a few days or weeks later, it all falls away. I don’t know if it’s lack of discipline, but it feels like I can’t maintain consistency. 

  • I really do care about personal growth. I’ve learned a lot. But lately, it feels like a lot to add to my to do list–journaling, regulating my nervous system, jumping up and down first thing, setting boundaries, healing something. I don’t want to manage my personal growth like it is one more thing to do.

What Will Our Work Together Look Like and Feel Like? 

If any of these feel familiar, you are not alone. I have been there, and I have worked with many women who feel like they have learned a lot about themselves, but still feel overwhelmed in their day-to-day lives. Women who know what they need, but can’t seem to make anything stick.

I won’t hand you a formula or a five-step plan. What I will do is help you learn how to work with yourself in a way that actually holds in your real life.

For many of us the real shift happens when we learn to pause, listen, and respond to ourselves differently. I will meet you exactly where you are on your journey to reconnect with yourself and hold space for you as you begin building a life that actually supports your needs, energy, and nervous system.

Our work together might include:

  • Practicing how to listen to your needs and affirm them in real time

  • Strengthening the connection between body, mind, and intuition

  • Shifting out of all-or-nothing cycles into something more sustainable

  • Clarifying what you truly want and value now, and letting that shape your days

  • Understanding your current capacity, exploring what’s draining it, and gently adjusting where you can

  • Exploring patterns, beliefs, and possibilities with compassion and curiosity

  • Rebuilding self-trust through small, lived experience

  • Learning how to stay with yourself in moments of overwhelm instead of pushing through

  • Identifying simple, supportive nervous system and resilience practices that you can actually use

 

​This slow, deep, intentional work is grounded in your unique nervous system and inherent wholeness. Together we will focus on creating a life that feels steady, supportive, and sustainable.

What's Included?

1 90-Minute Visioning Session

Together we will determine your intended outcomes, paint a clear picture of what that vision looks like, sounds like, feels like, and then get really clear on where you are right now in relation to that vision.

7 1:1 Client-Centered Coaching Sessions

These sessions will be 50-60 minutes, scheduled bi-weekly, and conducted virtually. Each session will be centered around what you bring to the session.

Bi-Weekly Accountability Check-Ins

On the week between 1:1 coaching sessions I will check in via audio about the action steps you have identified (optional).

4 Embodied Practices Live or Recorded (1/month)

A virtual embodiment practice (yoga, meditation, myofascial release, etc.) will be offered live and via recording at monthly intervals during the duration of the package. 

 

Audio Container Between Sessions

Send any quick audio notes that you don’t want to slip away between sessions. 

 

30-Minute Integration Session

Two months after closure of the coaching package we will meet to see where your journey has taken you since closure of our coaching.

Investment

The total value for this package is $1425.

The total investment for the 1:1 coaching package is  $850. 

I am committed to making coaching accessible for all, and can offer this package with a payment plan or on a sliding scale if this sounds like a good fit for you, but resources are not available to pay the full investment.

Results are not guaranteed and are deeply impacted by the efforts and commitment by the client. In the event of dissatisfaction, all efforts will be made to make things right. Packages expire after 6 months.
