Meet Hannah
Educator, ACC-Certified Coach, 200-hr RYT
Hi, I'm Hannah, an educator-turned-life coach. I help people moving through overwhelm reconnect with their values and their intuition so they can take aligned, embodied steps forward.

After years in education, I navigated my own turning point with the help of embodied healing, travel, and self-connection. My own deep, messy, ongoing healing experiences shape the heart of my offerings.
As a certified coach (ICF ACC) and registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), I bring together the magic of deep presence, practical tools, and somatic awareness to support your growth mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Come home to yourself. Lead an embodied life with alignment, intention and courage.
"Hannah has helped me stay connected to myself and make decisions that align with my values and current capacity for professional endeavours. As an immigrant and mother with limited support, balancing my personal and professional identities has been uniquely challenging. This season of life is hectic, but Hannah has guided me in finding clarity, celebrating small victories, and embracing the journey."

"Throughout our coaching sessions, we were able to explore topics that required some careful attention and deeper reflection. She consistently asked insightful questions and provided valuable feedback that challenged me in the most constructive way. Hannah's patience and thoughtful approach allowed her to focus on what I truly needed support with. She offered a variety of strategies during our conversations, encouraging me to think more deeply, and I felt an incredible amount of growth as a result. I highly recommend Hannah as a coach, no matter where you are in life or whether or not you feel a coach might be helpful. I gained so much from our sessions together."

"Hannah was a literal life changer at a pivotal point in my career/life. She challenged me with her questions and pushed me to think beyond my natural thought patterns. She helped me to confidently address people, situations, and myself. In simple terms, she motivated me to stop being a little bitch in a lot of areas in my life. Very grateful for her coaching."
