About the event
Myofascial release (MFR) is a self-massage technique that uses props (yoga block, tennis ball) to apply gentle pressure to the body, relieving muscle tension and increasing mobility. Attendees will learn self-massage techniques to target common areas of tension, while also gaining insights into what fascia is and how it affects movement and posture.
At the end of our time together attendees will have tools that can be applied daily to enhance mobility, support recovery, reduce fascial adhesions, and promote relaxation through mindful breathing. No yoga experience is needed to enjoy the benefits of myofascial release!
